SCHOOL ACCOMONDATION

For teams that choose school accommodation, there are different options to choose from. It is mandatory for everyone who will be staying at school to book a school guest card. ATTENTION! Leaders also buy school guest cards.

All meals are eaten at a school, either the same one the team lives at or a nearby school.

Own mattress including bedding, max. 90 cm, brought by the participant himself.

HOTEL ACCOMMONDATION (At Best Western Eurostop, Elite City Hotell Örebro, Scandic Örebro Väst)

For teams that choose hotel accommodation, there are different options to choose from. It is mandatory for everyone who will be staying at hotels to book a hotel guest card. ATTENTION! Leaders also buy hotel guest cards.

Breakfast are eaten at the hotel. Lunch and dinner are eaten at a school.

In the menu below you can see what is included in each guest card.

OBS! We have a limited numbers of hotel rooms. Observed no refunds of the hotel guest card if teams unsubscribe after 12 September. 

OBS 2! Registration fee must be paid 14 days from the registration and also a partial payment of the hotel guest card, SEK 5000.

GUEST CARD AT HOSTEL (OBS - Can only be offered when you book 50-60 people)

Guest cards at a central hostel with three, five- and six bed rooms cost 1600 kr/person.

Hostel guest card includes:

• Bed linen and towels and cleaning
• Access to kitchen and shower etc.
• All meals in the school restaurant

OBS! Guest cards at the hostel are not refundable after August 1.

UTDRAGNINGSAVGIFT
If the team withdrawl 21 days before Örebrocupen Handboll, the team will be charges a sum of 1000 SEK. If the team withdrawl 14 days before Örebrocupen Handball, the team will be charges a sum of 2000 SEK. 

ÅTERBETALNINGSPOLICY
The registration fee is not refunded if the team voluntarily withdraws from the cup.

Hotel guest cards are refunded until August 10th in cases where individuals withdraw from the cup. The partial payment of SEK 3,000 and SEK 5,000 for hotel guest cards is not refunded if teams voluntarily withdraw from the cup.

After August 1st, only 25% of the hotel guest card is refunded upon presentation of a medical certificate for individuals. After August 10th, none of the hotel guest card is refunded.

School guest cards are refunded until August 10th in cases where individuals withdraw from the cup.

After August 10th, only 50% of the school guest card is refunded upon presentation of a medical certificate for individuals. After August 30th, only 25% of the school guest card will be refunded upon presentation of a medical certificate for individuals. If an entire team cancels registration after August 10th, the registration fee or school guest card will not be refunded.
